We propose customised restructuring plans and advise on the implementation of appropriate measures to optimise and increase the productivity level of our clients’ businesses, in collaboration with our Tax, Corporate and Real Estate & Construction Practice teams.

The Department has the technical capability to advise both national and international companies in all sectors of commercial and economic activity in domestic and cross-border matters.

Our Approach

• Analysis of our clients’ financial situation, providing them with a tailored legal strategy in order to optimise their business;
• Preparation for voluntary or involuntary winding-up or insolvency proceedings, drafting the requisite documentation in this context and pursuing dissolution and/or liquidation procedures, where appropriate;
• Representation of our clients’ interests in judicial proceedings;
• In the event that our client is a debtor in insolvency proceedings, accompanying them throughout the entire process, in addition to taking any action necessary in the interests of the insolvent company;
• In the event that our client is one of the affected creditors, ensuring that the corresponding debt is duly verified, ensuring any claim for rectification is made where appropriate.
